Whether treatment, education or wellness programs, we recognize that the services have to fit your needs. Our Occupational Medicine Program offers four principle features:

Business Health Services serves as a central resource area to meet client needs and to answer questions and provide consultation. Case management services, drug screen coordination and occupational medicine needs are handled through this department. You may contact the office directly at (260) 435-7839.
When your employees become sick or injured, your business can suffer, too - from lost productivity and higher insurance costs. To help them get the treatment and care they need to get back to full productivity as quickly as possible, Business Health Services offers a comprehensive occupational medicine program to manage employee down time. Services include:
- Treatment of work-related injuries at our convenient RediMed locations for things like sprains, strains, abrasions, burns, lacerations, contusions and eye wounds.
- Emergency and after-hours services are available (at discounted rates) at Lutheran, St. Joseph and Dupont Hospitals emergency rooms. These facilities offer a 50% discount when treating worker injuries and the emergency room physicians are paid according to a fee schedule that provides significant discounts. The proceeding is available to all of our corporate clients. When a corporate client agrees to utilize our services exclusively, further and more substantial discounts are available through LutheranPreferred workers' compensation.
- Physical exams, pre-placement and post-offer physicals, DOT, return-to-work insurance physicals.
- Drug and alcohol screens, industrial chemical exposure
- Medical surveillance for TB, hepatitis B, spirometry, audiometry.
- Case management service ensure adequacy of services and responsive communication to the referral source and workers employer.
- Random selection service, computerized, local, complete drug and alcohol random consortium or individual pool is available. Tailored to your needs and schedule.
- LutheranPreferred Workers Compensation is offered as a component when Business Health Services is utilized exclusively. Upon signed exclusive contract, the employer receives significant discounts on workers comp claims through our preferred provider network.
